Home workouts don’t look quite like they used to….but as the mother of five daughters, I know that I am their first teacher. Although exercising in our home gym is a bit more distracting right now, I know that my daughters are watching. My girls are learning what it means to commit to a healthy lifestyle, they are learning that it’s okay for mothers to take a break and they are learning about the fit and function of active wear. With a teenage daughter “borrowing” my high-rise leggings and stealing my sports bras, I decided to share our favorite lululemon pieces for spring! I rely on their ‘free shipping and free returns policy” because it is a no risk, more convenient approach to fashion that suits my lifestyle.
